Just another career criminal doing ten to twenty in the Zig, until Arachnos busted him and a boatload of other prisoners out along with a "Destined One."  He was given the usual choice - join the ranks of Recluse's spider goons, or go to work in the aluminum mines.  He stepped over three other men to claim his spot.  He'll step over you if he has to.
