Character Bio

Louis (Big Lou) Hobbs was a politician with ties to the Family crime syndicate. Through a system of kickbacks, shakedowns and bribes, Big Lou kept his hand in most of the racketeering operations of the Family. Caught double crossing the Family in favor of Crey Labs, Big Lou was sent down to the infamous Room 7B, where certain ?modifications? were made.
His heart was replaced with the Red Lightning Biogenerator, an energy source that generates a massive surplus of electrical energy. Sadly, the side effects of the RLB are numerous: insanity, disfiguration and mindless aggression are common. The scientists at Room 7B routinely removed the skullcap to help alleviate brain swelling.
Captured after a murderous rampage at a Crey holiday banquet, Big Lou spent the next 5 years locked away in the Rogue Isles? Asylum. Unrecognizable due to the grotesque growth of his body, he was known only as Patient 13.
Freed during the Asylum Riots, Patient 13 wanders the Rogue Isles, reaping havoc and destruction!!
