Ms Perky earned her nickname as a child because she can't help but be happy and vivacious. Though young, she's been more than willing to do her part to help clean up the ooginess left over from the first Rikti invasion. She's so full of energy that she seems unstoppable. In fact when she gets excited (which is nearly all the time) things tend to spontaneously combust around her.
