One of Aeon Corp's many projects was the distorting of space/time between two universes and the extraction of enities with great power, following this would be study and rehabilitation as weapons against Paragon City.

When the day of the first test before Recluse's Lieutenants came, Dr. Aeon himself threw the switch. What came through the portal was in no shape or style that which onlookers had imagined; the cage contained nothing more than a frightened girl with long blonde hair and a bio-signature that barely raised a blip on the monitors.

Drakmarth, standing in for Ghost Widow, knew Aeon's ego of his 'perfect' science meeting with failure would result in a foolish death of something with great potential. Quickly he ordered Aeon to cease any further action and, to much surprise, declared Diegesis was under his protection as an agent of Arachnos.

She has since extensively ventured from the side of her saviour, the Songstress of The Black Guard draws new lost souls to her Hero's cause.
