  Her name is a play on words as in Death Cycle. An ex-motocross contender who never got noticed til she was held responsible for several competitors not finishing their races permanently.
   
      She wouldn't have gotten caught had it not been for the coincidence of the same thing happening on a carnival circuit where she was a cycle performer.
