Character Bio

An unwilling experiment by the Freakshow, Cherie was kidnapped and forcibly dosed with Excelsior.  Contained by mental domination harness, she was powerless to resist as she was fitted with an experimental nuclear reactor and power focusing equipment.  As she was put through "trials," (seeing how much destruction she could cause) the high levels of radiation caused the domination harness to malfunction, freeing her.  After subduing the Freakshow, she turned herself into the PPD willingly, hoping to return to her normal life.

Unfortunately, it was found to be impossible to remove the cybernetics.  The Freakshow had simply caused to much trauma as she was refitted.  With a normal life denied to her, she became a licensed hero to protect others from a similar fate.
