Character Bio

Daughter of the famed Russian superspy, Alexi 'Dynamo' Rasnov, Kira grew up quickly to compensate for her father's many secret operations and her talent for magic allowed her to earn work in a cabaret club from an early age. Three years ago she found her funds and those of her father had been frozen, she knew then that her father was either dead or disavowed, either way his enemies would come for what family he had left.

Searching his private safe, Kira found out her father's diary detailing his days in the KGB, of an older sister, Anya, in America and of the mother she never knew Mhor Rioghain, a heroine Alexi had met in Prague, who had died giving birth.

That night she left Moscow forever and adopted her mother's name to lose her father's enemies, she headed to Paragon City in hopes of finding her sister and piece together her shattered life. An entertainer at heart, Rioghain wraps hero and villain alike in her flamboyant flames.
