Character Bio

Theline is the second daughter of
Draeli, ruler of the Tiam, a race of shapeshifting
dragons that assume the form of their prey -- their
favorite being humans -- to lure them into their
traps. A failed snack run found her in Paragon City,
forced to make a pledge not to harm humans in
exchange for her release.  After years of self-restraint
among the heroes of the City, she has decided
that her predatory talents would be of better use
elsewhere.  So, he has settled on a new life, free of his
previous moral constraints, bound only by that hateful
pledge to let these people live.  Anything and anyone
else is fair game.
