Character Bio

Priscilla Maynard is a second-generation mutant whose natural abilities compliment those of her parents. Her mother spent some time moonlighting as the heroine known as Fireshard back in the 80s with her pyrokinetic powers (until an unfortunate hairspray accident left her permanently bald). On the other hand, her father had minor control over matter, able to conjure small amounts of earth and stone upon concentrating.

Priscilla's gifts fall more in line with those of her father while simultaneously counteracting those of her mother, likely a natural defense from time spent in her mother's womb. She can conjure large amounts of a crystalline substance that allows her to draw heat from or insulate a target at will, rendering most fire-based attacks all but useless. The crystals she creates are super-dense and nigh unbreakable, and bend light and energy beams easily, making them a highly effective armor as well.
