VISTA - Virtual Integration for Self Tactical Awareness. Military AI and control-bot. Awacs in body armor. And an AI that went rampant.
Project objective: Self contained tactical and defense unit, self replicating with slaved bot units. Attack and defense capability.
Project status: Terminated.
Project main unit created force "bolt" to repel handlers to defeat termination directive. Shutdown accomplished with help from Paragon City metahumans. Placed in secure prison "Zig" for temporary high security storage.
