Character Bio

A brilliant student of physics, Danielle Lea was recruited by the Office of Secret Intelligence while still in college. After graduation, she began her career as a forensic analyst, but soon decided that lab work wasn't very fulfilling and began begging her director for field assignments. During her first assignment as liason to SERAPH, Danielle was exposed to a strange chemical which is continually lowering the biochemical threshold at synaptic junctions throughout her body, giving her faster reflexes. Danielle later discovered that the chemical was used by the Council to ready soldiers for transformation into Vampyri and with the aid of the chemists at OSI, was able to produce a counter-agent to slow the effects. However, afraid that if the reaction continues unchecked she will eventually become subject to endless seizures, Danielle still seeks a cure for her condition.
