Time seems to have an orderly progression, but that is not the case. Cause does not necessarily produce effect; sometimes, in the words or one great man, it gets all "wibbley-wobbly, timey-wimey". Some parts are worse.

Near great temporal disturbances, the different timestreams howl and suck at each other, shredding reality into flimsy shreds. Near such places, something that has existed for eons may suddenly have never existed at all, snatched from the fabric of time and space. And sometimes, things end up where nothing was before.

Jetsam from the massive time storm around Paragon City, this battered heroine has joined the fight for justice. She has no past; no memory of what came before. Taking her name from the thing that brought her here, she stands boldly in the fight against evil.
