Once a successful Ebil Marketeer, Richie McMoneybags lost all of his influence in an ill-advised move to corner the Training Enhancement market. With nothing to his name and nowhere to live, the man who was once one of Paragon City's richest and most extravagant playboys was forced to the streets. There he learned the techniques that he now brings to the fight against crime. Aided by a foul disposition, a strict adherence to weekly bath avoidance, a remarkably high blood alcohol level, and a skewed perspective on reality, he fights injustice as THE HOBO HAMMER!
