Character Bio

Sara Collins was a plain girl, but always lucky. This persisted until the day she was caught in an explosive lab accident involving a highly unstable radioactive isotope of mercury. She was rescued, but had fallen into a deep coma. Doctors predicted that, between the huge dose of radiation she'd been exposed to and the poisonous concentration of mercury she'd absorbed, she'd have little chance of survival. She promptly proved them wrong, persisting in a coma state for weeks. Three months after the accident, Sara suddenly recovered. Within a day, she'd healed completely; there was no trace of infirmity about her. Her friends and family were thrilled, and a party was thrown on the day she was released from the hospital.
