Created by Crey Biotech for the bio weapon division to carry out any and all black op missions. Project Thunder was to intergrate the power of the netherworld into human DNA to provide untapped power into the subject, unfortuantly the experiment created two subjects, twin sisters Morgana and Cassandra. During their childhood each had delevoped different personalities from each other, Morgana developed considerate and devoted personality while her twin sister developed a callous and hostile personality. Both twins were trained in the same manner and housed with adopted parents. The project only lasted for eight years when Cassandra murdered their parents during the first Rikti War, both subjects dissapeared shortly after.

Morgana carries out her mission to help protect other mutants and humans, while preparing for the day she will confront her sister.
