DBeaver came from England after the first Rikti war when he discoverd his family had been killed, but nothing was as it seemed.
His brother EBeaver had survived and ended up in the Zig after joining with various gangs throughout Paragon City. Now DBeaver is on the hunt for his brother, to take him down or reform him into a hero like himself.
The "Fallen" Times:
DBeaver was approved by a member of the FBSA to go undercover in the Rogue Isles. Always on the line between Hero and Vigilant, he jumped at the chance.
It wasn?t hard to fit in on the Rogue Isles, Newspaper reports planted in the Paragon City Times made appearances that DBeaver was a genuine Villain, even Longbow and PPD are not in on the op.
