Character Bio

After a near-catestrophic feedback failure of the bio-electrical temper pods in Robert Borne's skin, his conciousness was transferred to a new "mecha-armor" design from the USFBS R&D group while his body lies in a catatonic stasis as Paragon's brightest and best biomedial scientist and doctors work to restore his shattered body.  In the meantime, Robert's mind is out there on the streets, keeping the citizens of Paragon safe.
