He can kill with a word.

There's not much to say about Ben Jameson. He's a castaway from the hard streets of Boston's Dorchester 'hood, having grown up in a family of alcohol abuse, grand theft larceny and general stupidity. Oh, don't get him wrong: There's nothing wrong with that. But that's where he came from, and that's how the elitist pansies from the upper crust judge him.

It all changed one day when he and his gang mugged a group of tourists in the Commons. Most of them were just loaded with dough, so it was a rich hit. But the guy Ben got stuck with just had a briefcase that he refused to give up. ...that is, until Ben set his hand on fire with a splash of kerosene and a flic of his Bic.

He took the briefcase home, and after applying some good ol' American know-how, he busted the locks with a sledge. Inside... was a weapon. A throat collar, fitted with sonic amplifiers. A flight suit, for protection, motility, durability.

It was the beginning of Ben's new life.
