((Roleplayer)) Built in 1941 as a prototype infiltration/assassination android by the Soviet army, the panther-like robot codenamed Agent Ravage was tasked with stealing the United States' top-secret invisibility technology, being developed as Project Rainbow. However, upon the successful theft and integration of Project Rainbow into his systems, Agent Ravage began displaying several eccentricities.
The robot displayed resistance to commands input remotely, often not responding until the second or third command. More shocking was that it began to display the capacity for speech, and soon even rational thought! It was clear that Project Rainbow was having several unintended side effects. When the scientists in charge of his project attempted to shut down Agent Ravage in 1944 in order to remove the device, he disappeared completely, much like the USS Eldridge had 1 year prior, only to reappear in Paragon City 60 years later, his Rainbow-based cloaking and teleportation technology knocked offline.
