*he's a jokester, trickster, prankster, etc. he's always cheerful to an odd degree, while this doesn't mean he's completely psychotic, he doesn't seem effected by many of the darker sides of heroing.

*his powers are akin to...an old cartoon character. think Roger Rabbit or Freakazoid, if he thinks it's funny, he can probably do it. this is a mix of illusions and just simple manipulation. for example, if turns himself into a dog, it could be a trick, or it could very well be a real change, more often than not, it's not an illusion, though still very reversable
