Lady Isey Winds is a sophisticated military Android made by an underground military organization considered by many to be a rebel group, called H.O.P.E. Humans Opposing Planetary Enemies. She was created for one reason, and one reason alone, to fight off the threat of the Rikti. Lady Isey Winds is merely a codename she was given, her true name is HX – 31978 and her Civilian Identification is Isis Anderia. That's what she would like to be called by people she can consider a friend. Her power gives her the ability to channel the coldest of ice as a weapon to defeat her enemies. While she may look very much human, her speech and the cold skin will show she is not human. She is typically completely emotionless, and only see's the task in front of her, but she is also very kind, after all, she was created to be a hero.
