Character Bio

As far back as she can remember, Victoria Cassidy always enjoyed making things. After college, she pursued a career making devices for superheroes, taking great pride in her behind the scenes role in the effort to keep Paragon City safe. Tori usually took commissions, but would sometimes make things on her own initiative.
One of Tori's personal projects was a pair of wrist-mounted flamethrowers. When none of her normal contacts was interested, she simply put them up for sale. She was dismayed to receive visits from representatives of Arachnos, the Council, Crey, the Family, the Freakshow, the Sky Raiders, and a couple mysterious organizations that didn't identify themselves.
Tori knew two things: she couldn't let her technology be used against the people she built it for, and her prospective buyers wouldn't take no for an answer. Thus, she decided to use the flamethrowers herself. Even though she's now a heroine herself, she still makes things for others when she gets the chance.
