Character Bio

Fogul Mclovin......born in Yonkers, NY. He was born with special powers that no one and himself knew of. He loved football all his life. He played in Sacred Heart High school as a starting defensive tackle, and one of the best in the Hudson valley league. After his senior year he moved on to be accepted with a full football scholarship to Notre Dame. He played all his college years and was to be drafted to the New York Giants, but that was all changed. One day a man dressed in red and blue, with a helmet and cape, came up to Dom and told him, "You have great power, we could use you in Paragon City, Rhode Island." Dom was confused and had a strange feeling he was gifted with powers like no other football player. The man said, "You would make a great hero." He called himself Statesman. Dom went to Paragon and changed his name to Gilford the Guardian. One day, he stopped by in Atlas Park, and saw a hero named Flame Red. She recruited him to the Justice Force, after a year, he became a Captain.
