Stone Fallout - Mutation/Science Controller

Known Powers:
Earth Control - Some sort of mutation gave Stone Fallout Control over the earth itself.
Radiation Emission - He emits radiation in various ways. Probably due to the experiments he has been the test dummy in.
Super Speed - His control over the earth allows him to run at super speeds. He uses his powers to push the earth and himself forward (very little vertical movement here).
Fitness - Being exposed to radiation is dangerous. And helfpul. Stone Fallout's constant exposure to radiation has made him physically fit.

The practice of Earth Controll and Radiation Emmision has allowed Stone Fallout to combine the two into one deadly crimefighting combo.
