Character Bio

Theresa Sullivan felt from a young age that she was missing an important part of herself. Her suspicions only deepened as she reached puberty, when she developed a pair of wings that were useless for flight. Living in Paragon City made this doubly frustrating: she was a mutant, but her power was useless.
After many fruitless months of looking for a way to make her wings useful, Teri?s investigation came to the attention of Sunstorm, a Peacebringer. Through several discussions with Sunstorm, Teri learned more about Kheldians and their bonds with humans, and began to wonder if that was her missing half.
A few short weeks later, Sunstorm brought her to meet Rynsen, a Peacebringer who was looking to retire. The two became fast friends, and both agreed that Teri would join with Rynsen's Kheldian half. After the separation and bonding was complete, Teri had finally discovered peace of mind as the heroine Plactelle. She remains friends with Lisa Meyer, the former Rynsen, who is at peace with her lost past.
