Tortuga Hielo [snow turtle] In this dimension, the Hare does indeed beat the Tortoise. The Tortoise was devestated by this loss and vowed to make himself the fastest quadriped in the world. He devoted his life to technology and built a snow suit of powered armor to both make him run at superspeeds and make his enemies feel the Pacing of the Turtle.
