Character Bio
Nothing is known of Qu, although he was once a British agent working on a top secret case dealing with weather control. What happened to Qu is unknown, though he gained powers to control the temperature around his body and the ability to freeze microscopic water particles.
In 2006 he was captured by longbow agents and thrown into prison for an unknown crime that has been sealed by Ms. Liberty herself to hide the truth of what is going on.
