No, not Formula 409, Subject 40-09!
Back to the Story... Subject 40-09 was once a lonely little Black Lab in a local shelter. One day a crazy old man came and adopted him, however this wasn't just any 'ol crazy old guy. This was an animal tester! He was trying to create the cure for cancer, however, so at least his intentions were good...
But the formula went bad and Subject 40-09 was born! Not knowing what to do, the Crazy old man threw the poor puppy monster he created onto the streets where he was forced to take a "Bite" out of crime with his awe-inspiring Fire Control and Performance Shifting powers...
