Character Bio

Master Sergeant Johnathon Hale a Former Marine, was part of a team known as Greencell. His Team was anniliated in the fierce battles that almost ended civilization. He was one of the last standing Marines from his unit, at that point he decided to use the mutant abilities he was born with to avenge his lost comrades. So he became known as "Halestrom". Halestrom is now taking part in assisting the weak and oppressed of Paragon City with his newly formed Super Group known to others as the "LongBow Rising". With their help he has plans to remove crime from Paragons streets.
