Once known as Mad Hatter Man, Hatter Zero was involved in a terrible accident in a Terra Volta Reactor room, while fighting some Rikti to once again save the Power Plant Hatter Zero was exposed to high levels of curies (unit of measurement of radiation) and was teleported to the neerest hospital.Once there Mad Hatter Man was snatched back from the gate to the underworld by a Defibrillator. Mixed in with the high douces of radiation, the recombination of his molcules and the high voltage Mad Hatter Man split into 2 beings.One Hatter Zero the soul and meories of the Mad Hatter Man, the other is unknown.After the accident he now has the ability to control electrcity from his body and push it out at his foes.
