Outbot was created to be the pinnacle of artifical intelligence. Using a new method of self-coding and learning, they designed an android who would could be taught to, and would learn and automatically update it's code. Adapting and changing to the environment.

His original usage was to be put into situations that would be life-threatening for humans, be it a rescue situation or a battle scenario. However, as Outbot's intelligence grew, so did his resentment for the dangers he was forced to be put into, and thusly he one day rebelled, overwriting his own code, and upgrading himself to be a deadly force, out to get revenge on his creators.

He finds humanity curious and nonsensical, and at times, tries to mimic it.

Having spent a fair time in the Rogue Isles, Outbot has been on a number of exploits and adventures, making himself and his technology well known. He has a nickname of the Cowboy Bandit for his bank robberies, as is a well known terroristic threat to Aeon Corp.
