Character Bio

A blast of air, a bolt of thunder, the ground quakes, as does evil when this weather witch come on the scene. Raised by her mystical parents, Gail never could seem to find a true calling for her budding magic ablitlies, until one day a hurricane approached her home, in a moment that would change her life, she called upon the magical powers within her and calmed the mighty storm. From then on she could control the powers of the winds, and has come fo Paragon City to practice her craft and defend the innocent.
