At the age of 16 Brandee Douglas spontaneously developed the ability to project bolts of electrical energy. She is able to do this by mentally magnifying the electrical impulses in her nervous system and releasing them through the pores of her skin. No test have been conducted to determine the maximum voltage Arc can generate, but she is capable of melting steel.
