Character Bio

Juri is a famous, half-Japanese, half - English, fully american, singer with her rock band. Everyone knows her and loves her, both in the Isles and Paragon City. She loves to perform in all kinds of shows. But she loves doing outdoor shows much more than anything else. In fact, it was one of her outdoor performances that resulted in her getting her unique abilities. It wasn't known that there would be a storm while she was performing, the weather reports said it was going to be a gorgeous day, not a cloud in the sky with a temperature in the mid 70's. The show was on and out of no where a storm came in the middle of her cover of Heart's song Crazy on you. At first she didn't worry about it, but suddenly a lightning bolt struck a speaker and the electricity flowed through to the microphone she was holding and shocked her, ending the show. Now she's a Hero in the Rogue Isles, using her power to help others.
