Character Bio

Using his knowledge of nano-technology and computer networks, Dr. Jonathan Sila created a wireless local area network within his body. He theorized that the nanites, working in tandem with each other, the patient and a doctor could irradicate many diseases. Having a direct link with the mind, the nanites would be able to diagnose the illness with both the patients input and with the doctor logging into the WLAN to provide more information. The nanites would then instruct the body on how to heal the itself. He made a rash decision to try the procedure on himself, as the first human trial, after being diagnosed with metastatic tumors. He was cured. However, once the WLAN was in place, he discovered some strange side effects. Using this new technology, Dr. Sila is able to affect engery on an atomic level with a thought. He is able to create radioactive effects that regenerate or harm others. Now that he has mastered these abilities, he has become the hero known as Radionuclide.
