Character Bio

Garvey McGriff was testing an experimental designer drug synthesized from marijuana, codeine, and paprika. Garvey initially felt no effects from the drug and considered his experiment a failure. But soon he found he could generate illusions, alter the perceptions of others, and even warp the laws of physics. Garvey decided to use his newly-found powers to spread peace, love, and understanding throughout Paragon City.
