Absolute ruler of a strange and wondrous world only tenuously connected to our own, the Dragonfly Queen is a mysterious figure and potentially a dangerous one. Her power is the magic of madness, from the sweet rapture of the lunatic to the unnerving glee of the psychotic.  

Simply being in her presence is enough to unsettle even the most well-adjusted of minds, to say nothing of those who find themselves on the sharp edge of her wrath.
 
MAGI mystics believe that the Dragonfly Queen's power draws directly from the potent and unstable energies of insane minds. Whether the Queen herself is sane or not is a matter of perspective -- or perhaps a question of reality.

Regardless of the nature of her powers, the Dragonfly Queen is generally benevolent and magnanimous, freely employing her powers to the aid of the public. She is especially protective of children and the insane, whom she regards as her rightful subjects.
