Born of two rather unusual parents, she has the prowess, strength and mystical energies that give her command over life and death itself.

Her powers stem from devine providence, an intersection of reality flowing from the moment of her conception.

She is not a licensed hero so her 'level' is more of a threat to those she fights. She can choose to take their lives or save them but only so long as their judgement dictates.
