Character Bio

At 14 years old, Sara Noonan was inducted into the Order of the Silver Star, an ancient and secret sisterhood dedicated to the preservation of civilization. The Order helped her to hone and develop her mutant power over what the order calls "life energy." Her superiors have sent her to study the heroes of Paragon City, where she has been tasked to learn about heroism, selflessness, and the problems inherent in unguided, anarchic widespread heroism. Of course, her vows prevent her from standing idly by, so she is also forced to engage in that very kind of unguided, anarchic heroism. She has begun to suspect that this was intentional, and that her superiors are testing her resistance to the lure of independence.
