Character Bio

Abigail Fulton is the granddaughter of Franklin York, secretly the retired golden age hero Ultiman. Her cousins Penultimate and Penultima were adopted by  franklin's son Jefferson. His daughter Martha married Quncy Fulton. Quincy and Martha's daughter inherited Franklin's changed DNA, which remained dormant until she was targeted by a Circle of Thorns ritual and exposed to radiation from Meteor Teen. With her newfound powers, 16-year-old Abbey has taken the name Penultilass.
