Character Bio

The Humanoid Assassination and Reconnaissance Module, or HARM, was designed and built by Global Intervention as an espionage tool capable of infiltration, reconaissance, sabotage and assassination. It is equipped with a generator and capacitors capable of delivering enormous amounts of electricity to living and electronic targets, a cutting-edge cloaking system, sophisticated subroutines capable of identifying, tracking, and evading threats, an advanced nano-repair module, and chemical dispensers capable of delivering aerosolized hallucinogens and obscuring smoke.

HARM is deployed by Global Intervention on missions of industrial sabotage or assassination designed to send pointed messages to competitors, enemies, or allied organizations. These "controlled HARM" missions were eventually abbreviated "C. HARM" missions, and soon became known as "Charm Offensives," after the inane political term. The tool soon acquired the name of the purpose.
