Character Bio

Graeme Stevens, is one of the Nuclear 90, one of 90 individuals born in the same year with a nuclear reactor instead of a heart.
While he only looks to about 14, another effect of his mutation is that he ages slower. He is in truth closer to 22.
He always longed to be a hero, to be a beacon of truth and justice in Paragon. One day on his way home from school he got his chance, he turned a corner to find 2 Skulls mugging an elderly woman, with a surge of anger he charged at them. As he neared the thug struggling with the woman,  radiation flared from his hands. The thugs fled before the attack.
The lady collapsed after the struggle and as he held her a green glow radiated from him curing her pain.
