Shamra Frenel is the hereditary champion of Parcan. She is bonded with the Chromophyl, a sentient supertechnological energy source that permits its agents to focus force though a distinctive brand and project it outward for a variety of effects. An officer of the Galacitc Law-Enforcement Constibulary, she was aboard the Oalthu 19 investigating activites relating to the Gon Holdfast. She has abandoned her attempts to assist Vanguard in contacting the rest of the fleet and joined the surviors after learning the Gon had resumed their activities on Earth.
