Character Bio

Having seen one too many people (which is to say, one) get hurt because of the
rampant crime on the streets of Paragon City, Roberta Thomas fashoned a
device that lets her project protective bubbles around others. After studying the
effects of Skulls' attacks on the bubbles, she developed a way to project
negative energy to blind evildoers as well. When not busy protecting others
from harm, she likes to explore the city and learn of its history.
