An agent of an oppressive empire from an alternate future that, from hir point of view, has recently been overthrown, Commander Sarah Felstrom, AKA Felidrak, has used hir considerable psionic abilities to send hirself to the present, in order to ensure hir empire's founding and eventual strength to resist those who would conquer it. Shi figures the Rogue Isles are as good a place as any to start... ((Note: Sarah's long blue hair is actually a mane of quills which runs all the way down hir back and tail. On the right (left in-game because it can't be changed) side of hir uniform top is a metal badge resembling the Earth with a sword impaling it through the poles.
