A year of pain.

That's what Taera Mizel had to endure after Crey Corporation got their hands
on her for "Project: Dynamo". Who was she? She was an innocent employee...
well, not so innocent as far as the law was concerned. She'd had minor offenses
on her record, ranging from substance abuse to barroom brawling, but nothing overly damning. Just enough to keep her from getting any job beyond "was that two sugars, Mr. Smith?"

When Agent Tobson offered her a chance to some real, hard cash, no questions
asked, she leaped at the chance.

Then they tore her apart. Implanted two prototype Rikti nth-generators into her
arms and laced her bones with an energy lattice they'd only tested on
chimpanzees. She was rebuilt, redesigned from paltry human to energy
superconductor. They told her about the surgery. They never told her about the
pain.

A year later, the whole facility came down. She took the name
"Cerulean Skie" as she left, for the blue, immense freedom that she craved.
