Character Bio

(( RPer )) Natalya Shilova was once a major in the Red Army Spetsnaz who volunteered for a Cold War special weapons program, Project Rasputin. Trained in secret in the arcane arts, the Soviet Sorcerors achieved several victories for the People during their time. Unfortunately, when the Berlin Wall came down, so did their funding, and rather than have them run loose on the world, the outgoing Communist government placed them in cryogenic storage until they were sold to a terrorist group by a corrupt Russian general. Needless to say, Major Shilova and her comrades weren't terribly happy about this, and escaped. Some went into hiding, some went into mercenary work, but Major Shilova decided to come to Paragon City, figuring that she could still make a difference there. After all, even though the Revolution was over, she could still serve the common worker as the People's Flame.
