Character Bio

A mentally challenged Superhero, who knows his knives from his forks. He likes sparkly things and Pritt-stick. Little is known about Jack , He just one day appeared in Paragon City. He has Multiple personalities from the calm civilian to the insane clown (or whatever he is) Some people have said he was the original "Spring-heeled Jack" a victorian urban legend first reported in the 1837 which was also made popular in the "Penny Dreadful" (Nineteenth century British fiction publications) Altho his appearance has changed dramatically, his need for extreme pratical jokes has not.
