Character Bio

As so many people who ended up on the Rogue Isles, Sgt Vincent Baxter was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Selected for military experimentation designed to create a better soldier in Iraq, and as most top secret goverment projects, when things go wrong, they go really wrong.
Scarred and disfigured, mentally and physically, he was classified as no longer fit to lead a military unit. Ejected from the army, he wound up here, with the rest of the refuse of society.
