((Heavy Role Player... If I am in a PVP Zone, its just for the badges! :D )) Angelica Summers was a social worker in Paragon City specializing in rehabilitating former gang members. One of her cases lead her directly into an ambush, causing her to captured by Dr. Vahzilok. He used her as a test subject for a new contagion, a process that was interrupted by the hero Stinger B. Both of them were then captured by the Circle of Thorns during their flight through Perez Park. The serum and the summoning ritual combined in Angelica to cause a direct link to a distant star in her brain. Using her new condition of Stellar Cephelitus to free them, she immediately registered with the city as a hero and went to work.
